Booking & Quotations
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may vary if additional items, labor, or services are required.
Bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement and confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate details about items, access, and location.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
Provide correct pickup and delivery addresses.
Inform us about fragile, valuable, or hazardous items.
Ensure proper access (elevators, parking, permissions).
Be present (or assign a representative) during loading and unloading.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or restricted access.
Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon before service execution.
Full or partial advance payment may be required.
Payment must be completed as agreed upon completion of services.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Liability & Damages
We take maximum care when handling your belongings.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packing done by the customer.
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are encouraged to request insurance coverage for high-value items.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
Hazardous materials
Flammable items
Illegal goods
Perishable goods (unless agreed)
The customer is responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are included.
Storage Services
If storage services are provided:
Storage fees must be paid as agreed.
Items stored beyond the agreed period may incur additional charges.

We are not responsible for technical issues or temporary website unavailability.
